The following warranty periods apply to the different components of the Bestway Lay-Z-Spa inflatable hot tubs. Please note that the warranty time is from the date of purchase:

Standard Warranty Periods


The standard warranty relates to Lay-Z-Spa's bought in the UK not directly from www.lay-z-spa.co.uk.

  • Lay-Z-Spa Pump Heater: 12 Months
  • Lay-Z-Spa Cover & Liner: 6 months

Lay-Z-Spa Free Extended Warranty:


To extend your warranty for free, simply register within 28 days of purchase and we will increase your warranty with up to 6 months additional warranty for free on your Bestway Lay-Z-Spa !

If you are having any problems registering your extended warranty please contact the Bestway Aftersales team to log the issue.
