Covid-19 – Coronavirus Updates
At Lay-Z-Spa, the safety and wellbeing of our customers using their hot tubs, our distribution network and our staff is our priority during this unprecedented time.
With daily changes to government and health guidelines, we want to assure you, as our loyal customers, that we are monitoring and reviewing the latest Government and Public Health England policies daily, and will bring you any news or advice that we feel is relevant and important to you regarding the spread of COVID-19.
We’re still open for business; deliveries continue to be fulfilled as normal, and we’re working with each part of the distribution network to ensure the safe delivery of products to our customers.
For our hot tub users, the current advice and guidelines as set out by The Pool Water Treatment and Advisory Group (PWTAG) who have consulted Public Health England where it’s suggested that the standard level of chlorine required for pools for water treatment is effective in maintaining water safety. We have a number of chemical products which may be used to ensure your water safety, and recommend that you take extra precautions with social distancing, in testing the water chemical levels in your hot tub, shower before and after use and continue to be vigilant in your home cleanliness.
To reiterate, we’re working extremely hard to uphold the safety standards that are of great importance to our customers and to us as a business. Until we hear further, the use of your Lay-Z-Spa to provide respite at home is something we can still embrace.

As things stand, we’re carrying out business in the usual way, which means that when you place an order via the Lay-Z-Spa website, you can still expect to enjoy your hot tub within a timely manner. At this time, the level of demand and enquiries that we have for our products is very high, which means that deliveries may take 2-3 days longer than the standard delivery time that we quote.
Please rest assured that we're doing everything we possibly can to deliver your products as quickly as we can. We're dealing with unprecedented levels of sales, whilst balancing our warehouse staffing levels to ensure the safety of our workforce.
We’re taking all precautions to maintain a safe and clean environment for our warehouse and office working staff, which means that we’re still able to provide you the level of service that we expect for you.
With so much uncertainty and daily change, we’re hoping that this will continue however we must be realistic in knowing that this could change. If it does, you’ll be the first to know.
