I need help with my Lay-Z-Spa ice bath filter pump
Whatever issue you might be experiencing, we're here to help with your Lay-Z-Spa ice bath filter pump.

How do I attach the pump?
There are two flexible pipes. One pipe connects from outlet A on the pump to outlet A on the ice bath and do the same for B.
Pump water flow issues
- Make sure hoses are clear from any blockages and water is not being restricted by tight connections.
- Make sure the stopper caps have been removed and ensure the debris screens are clear.
- Check the filter cartridges in the pump are clean or replace them.
- Purge any air from the pump pipes which could be preventing water flow.
- unscrew/unlock to top valve for 30 seconds until water is coming out.
Pump is leaking water
There are a few places that you may experience water leaking from your ice bath pump. This should cover all of them
- Check that the hoses are tightly attached - Please note that over-tightening could lead to damaging the hose or the connections.
- Make sure filter cartridge is correctly inserted and cap/lid is fastened properly - not cross-threaded.
- Check that all the washers are in place.
No power to the pump
Normally, this is caused by an electrical issue. Please ensure that the filter pump is plugged directly into the mains socket and not an extension lead. Please check the socket with other items to ensure this is not an issue with the socket itself.
