Lay-Z-Spa WiFi app troubleshooting
Connection issue:
- Have you entered the correct Wifi password?
- Make sure both your phone and Lay-Z-Spa pump are within range of the Wifi network
- Check you are connecting to the 2.4Ghz network on your Wifi provider
- Keep your phone close to the Lay-Z-Spa pump
Bluetooth connection issue:
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled (turned on) and that Bluetooth is enabled in the app's settings
- Is the Wifi light is flashing on the Lay-Z-Spa pump? If not, press and hold for 5 seconds
- Hold your phone close to the Lay-Z-Spa pump
- Make sure you have a pump with Wifi connection (there will we a Wifi symbol on the control panel)
- If the above do not work, turn off and unplug the pump, completely shut-off the app for a couple of minutes then start again
Pump offline / Communication issue
- Is your Lay-Z-Spa pump is powered on?
- Is your Lay-Z-Spa pump is within range of your Wifi router?
- Is your Wifi router on and working correctly?
- Do you have a steady Wifi light on your Lay-Z-Spa pump?
- If you still have issues, restart your onboarding/connection to the pump from the beginning again
