How long is the warranty on the Rigid Spa?
Our rigid spa includes a 5 year warranty on the acrylic shell and a 2 year warranty on the pump, foam lid, electrical and plumbing components, from the date of delivery.
What does the warranty cover?
Your warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The acrylic shell is covered for 5 years against structural failure, and the pump, plumbing and foam lid are covered for 2 years. Normal wear and tear or cosmetic ageing is not included.
What is not covered under the warranty?
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic ageing, scale build up, water chemistry damage, misuse, improper installation, or commercial use.
Do I need to register my spa to activate the warranty?
Yes. You must register your spa within 30 days of delivery to activate the 2 year warranty. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
How do I make a warranty claim?
To make a claim, contact our customer support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos where possible. Our team will assess the claim and advise on the next steps.
