Top Cover Seams Have Split

We are sorry to hear you have found one of the seams of your Lay-Z-Spa's top cover has a split.

Please contact our Customer Care team below including a photo showing the split seam. If you are within your warranty we can look into organising a replacement. If not, you can purchase a replacement here.

To avoid this problem in the future we recommend the following:

  • Avoid having the lid/cover on and secured whilst the bubbles are on as this will cause build up in pressure.
  • Don't over tighten the straps
  • Don't let anyone lie or rest on the hot tub when the top cover is on - this includes pets.
  • Don't allow you top cover constant exposure to the elements.
