Great at home ice bath pod

This was a fairly simple product to put together but what made it slightly awkward was that its almost as if the holes for the leg poles aren't space properly apart and can cause a bit of a stretch & struggle therefore to get all the pieces to fit together in a stable and level way.
The pod is very spacious in size, much larger than I expected, it is also a tall height so would still be very suitable for those of a bigger frame and taller stature to be fully submerged without feeling tight. Makes a great at home cold plunge pool, great for after high intensity workouts!

Energy booster

I really like this ice bath for not taking too much space and is so easy to install and clean. Material used for sidewalls is reliable to use to prevent punctures. After using it every morning to wake up my body and start the day with energy and less stress, I can’t imagine different routine . I honestly enjoy using it . Comes with the filter pomp , filter cartridge, cover ,inflatable pillow and repair patch.

We’ve been using this ice bath and honestly it’s brilliant. It was easy and quick to set up. The size is great. Perfect to use after workouts or just when you want a proper reset. It’s become part of our routine. We love it!

Ice Bath

It took me and my husband about 20 minutes to assemble the whole thing. It is a lot lighter than I thought it would be which it great because I can move it around easily when it is empty. I do like that it is quite compact so it doesn't take up a lot of room and I can put it to the side when I'm not using it. The material of the pod is very sturdy and strong and can handle large quantities of water. The structure is able to take on the weight of the water and a person without falling apart. It comes with a handy cover for the lid which is useful to avoid anything falling into the ice bath. I love a good morning workout before the kids are up and a nice dip in this ice bath before my start day has makes me feel energized and refreshed. I am very pleased with it and I think it is brilliant.

Ideal following an intense workout

This ice bath recovery pod was surprisingly lightweight but durable and perfect following an intense workout. Made with materials such as PVC, steel and polyester, this was easy to transport and carry.. I particularly liked the cover which prevented leaves and debris from going in the water when the ice bath was not in use. I would have scored it higher, but I found it difficult to assemble. However, someone more accomplished, would probably be able to assemble it in minutes.

Easy set up

It was easy to set up which I was surprised about. The hardest part I found was pumping up the inflatable lid. We are in process of renovating our garden so when it's complete this will be a great addition. It's easy to transport too as you can take the poles out easy enough. We are grateful to have received this!

Perfect for sore muscles

Easy to install and set up The pump and the pipe makes it easy to install for the water. The ice bath is definitely a treat for sore muscles after a heavy work out. The bath wraps up nicely after use and doesn't take too much space. Its not too heavy but a very sturdy product.

Easy set up

It comes in handy box, not too heavy at all. This one is for one person. It says it is easy to set up and takes up to 20 minutes. And it did not take any longer at all. We love it for post gym cool down when you have had a good work out. Easy to fill up too. Very light material. I have not cleaned it up yet so can’t comment on that yet.

Fantastic addition to my wellness routine

I experienced this glacial dip and it was quite good and relaxing. I t was the first time when I tried this ice bath after the workout.
First it was super easy to assemble, very clear instructions.
The quality of the product is sturdy and well insulated which kept the temperature constant. The design is good and sets perfectly in my backyard.
Looks easy to store, and doesn’t take much space.

Great pod!

Love it! It is not my first product from Lay-z-Spa and as before, I am not disappointed. Quality is outstanding, come with pod itself, which frame, which is easy to put together, blow up cover and cover for it. It also come with the pump, so you do not need to change water every time, just add some ice for extra cold. It is easy to fill up and easy to drain. If is fairly small after folding down, so easy to store. I am setting mine up in the corner of the garden, for quite and peaceful experience. I think it is amazing value for money, quality is outstanding, it is comfortable and design is basic, so it won’t disturb garden landscape.

As a fitness enthusiast, I m always on the hunt for tools to boost my recovery and the Glacier dip ice bath has exceeded my expectations.
Assembly is very easy , took just few minutes to se up.
This ice bath cools down rapidly, getting in the perfect temperature in no time .
It's like you having a spa experience right at home.
Lightweight and easy to move making it perfect in outdoor and indoor use.

Great Ice Bath

My partner was thrilled to try this out for his post gym sessions, Initial build is super easy and convenient I was able to do it myself, The legs do go against the material a little initially so once it’s filled that straightens everything out given that the material is new. It looks nice the black marble/water kind of design blends really nicely and we had plenty of space in our garden for it, we’ve since put mats underneath just to give the base that extra protection against out slabs. It’s actually larger than we expected given its a 1 person ice bath.but it’s a nice size for him as he’s big into weightlifting so it’s a good size for him. We’re very impressed with how well this works post gym sessions and will be even more so during summer.
