Purchased as a replacement to mine which had gone mouldy even though it was packed away clean and dry so this replacement is perfect

Arrived quickly and fits well. However, does not stay inflated and after a week had to add more air to it. Definately not as good quality as what originally came with the product a pricey alternative for something not worth the money. May as well purchased one of the less expensive brands off Amazon

Keeps losing air. Seems too small by a few inches to stay in the top cover. Thought it may need to stretch to fit properly over time but no chance of that with it losing air constantly

Bought a new inflatable lid thinking that they may have resolved the issues over the years. They haven’t. It deflated on the first day. Waste of money.

This hasn’t been a simple process as the first two replacement lids wouldn’t stay inflated but these things can happen and I’m happy to say that the customer service was brilliant and the lids were replaced efficiently. I’m delighted to say that the third lid has stayed inflated and is sitting proudly on the hot tub where it should be. Thank you.

It does provide a better cover for the top when fully inflated but unfortunately it gradually goes down over a few days and is less effective and requires pumping up again. It would get 5 stars if it stayed fully inflated for longer.

Replacement inflatable lid for Miami - fits perfectly. Instructions stating lid will inflate initially and may seem loose were correct - but as soon as warmed up by use on warm tub then inflating a bit more created the perfect fit. Prompt delivery. Good communication from initial order to receipt of goods.
