Low running costs, big and comfortable!

I bought this to replace my old intex purespa and wow what a difference!! First off it’s much bigger, but secondly and most importantly it’s significantly cheaper to run! I’ve had it hooked up to sensors since setting it up and it’s about 50% less to run on average. I have it on a kingspan base but still wow the thermal efficiency with the base and the thermal jacket from Lazy Spa is amazing! So it’s bigger, cheaper to run and oh yeah it’s comfortable with the bench seat built in and those jets are just wonderful for a back massage too. The kids absolutely love splashing about and using the jets to make whirlpools to spin around in.

Worth the money

I really like my new hot tub. It was easy to set up and worth the money. It has extra massage and I love that my massage get bubble treatment too. It is lovely and roomy.

Very disappointed

Purchased the Santorini expecting to get a quality product after spending 1K but after filling up and turning on we discovered a leak in the pump which now needs to be replaced as it’s faulty! Not a good start or first impression of a quality product. After a week we are still waiting on a replacement!

Great, just not quite perfect

Very easy to setup and 3 weeks in, it is also very easy to maintain. The family are so loving it.
My only gripe is with the lid, which is effectively an inflatable disc that fits across the top, but it loses air all the time which makes opening and closing the spa difficult. I wish there was a better option

Almost perfect

We had this as an upgrade to our 3 year old miami. The heat efficiency is brilliant, even more so with the insulated cover that we got too. Being able to turn on and check via WiFi is good, although doesn't always work due to the distance from the hub. The material feels good. Smooth and soft rather than rubbery. The seat makes a difference, which is comfortable and reaches all the way round the tub. The head rests are a nice addition and comfy. You only get 5, which is more realistic for how many fit in rather than the 7.
The filter is very quiet.
The two rows of bubbles is great and I enjoy the jets too, with only some disappointment that it doesn't heat when they are on meaning a temperature drop.
The inflatable lid is still the same as older versions which are not great, as the deflate and are difficult to remove.A more solid lid, with a fold midway, would have been better as it is difficult to remove and replace.
We got a deal that included a foot bath and starter kit. The starter kit was brilliant and had way more in it than we expected which will last a long time.

Amazing hot tub

Hydrojets are a game changer. We previously had a Napa Lay-z-spa and were very pleased with it but decided to upgrade to the Santorini. Having the built-in seat is fantastic, but the hydrojets take it to the next level and more akin to a hard shell tub. Having higher walls also means we don't loose water due to it splashing over the side. The hydrojet lights are also a nice touch. Previous support from Lay-z-spa has been excellent, so we had no concerns when buying a more expensive model, so glad we did.

Should have bought one years ago!

As I wasn't going away this summer I thought I would treat myself to a hot tub for the back garden. What a joy it has been. I am very glad that I spent a bit extra and bought a hot tub with hydrojets as these are much quieter and make it easier to chat in the tub. Also they power the lights in the hot tub which are just lovely at night. If you're thinking "Should I ? Shouldn't I?" then do it - I have and I'm very pleased that I did.

Disappointed

The circulation and filtration of this hot tub is rubbish, it never feels as hot as our last one and bits float in the water.
The water doesn’t get circulated around the whole tub fully allowing the water to be pull into the filter properly, anything on the opposite side of the filter stays in the water.
But the size and seats are great.

Great value for money and looks good too with its blue interior. It's great having the hydro-jets in addition to the normal air jets and the option to use either/both. The hot tub is sturdy and has a handy seating area which easily accommodates 5 people. We purchased the optional thermal cover which fits perfectly and saves energy running costs. As with any spa/pool, it's important to maintain the correct chemical balance and filter cleaning/changes to maintain water quality.

What an upgrade!

What can I say about the Santorini! We had the vegas previously for 6 years and although I loved it I always felt I wanted some form of seat in it. I bought and wasted money on everything but nothing beats the Santorini with the seat in the bottom. My husband loves it too and was never a big fan of the Vegas as he said the bubbles were too brutal for him! He loves this as you can just have the hydro jet on if you wish. I love it with all jets on. So so happy we upgraded. Definitely worth the money. It seems to retain heat better than the vegas although this time round we have the thicker foam tiles you have in a kids playroom or gym and we actually have 2 of the lazy spa round ones as we ordered a new one but the old one was still ok after 6 years in all weather conditions so we kept it for the extra padding. I’ve ordered the thermal cover it’s due to arrive in September so hopefully that retains the heat even longer.
The only thing I’m not 100% on is the lid. When it’s heavy rain it catches & pools in the middle. I am going to see when I get the thermal cover if it’s any better.
Am I happy I bought the Santorini? 1 million percent. My only regret is not doing it sooner.

Had to replace old tub due to liner, love the blue inner and much quieter than the old one. LED lights on hydro jets are a nice feature at night. Very impressed with the improved features.

Santorini just buy it

We used to have a Bahamas but found it two small for two of us to relax in, what a difference the Santorini is, hydrojets are great and there is plenty of room now, the Seat makes the whole experiamce much better as does the centre ring of bubbles, we have also purchased the floor mat and Thermal Cover and thats made a significant difference to the Electric use too.

Love new Santorini hot tub - has everything you could want. Had the miami previously which was good - this is better. It isn't cheap, but happy with performance so far.

This laz-i spa is fantastic the jets really help with aches and pains .Ours is used 3 -4 times a weeks sometimes more .if it get to hot we turn the heater down and have it as a plunge pool. Its is used all year round

Love our new hot tub, we have replaced our old one with this for the hydro jets, they are amazing so relaxing, and the soft cushioning around the bottom of the tub are so comfortable
