Massage seam is not working

Here is a troubleshooting guide that should help to diagnose any issues you are experiencing with the massage seam of your AirJet or HydroJet Lay-Z-Spa.

If you are experiencing the bubbles not working or there is a surge in one area of the liner when the bubbles are on we recommend following these steps:

Step 1 - Check air flow from pump:

To check that the pump is working correctly place the stopper caps on the liner and remove the pump. Press the air button on the pump and check if any air flows from the air pipe. If the pump is working correctly please move onto step 2.

If there is no flow please contact our Customer Care team below.

Step 2 - Check massage seam of liner:

Check massage seam of liner for any tears or splits along the seam. If you do find any please contact our customer care team attaching pictures of the problem. If you are within warranty we can look into a warranty claim, or if you are no longer within warranty replacement liners can be purchased here.
