Had a very tiny hole on the top edge of our spa liner. Packet comes with plenty of patches and glue. The glue comes out rather quickly so be careful. Not overly clear how tacky it has to get but we found it quite difficult to get the patch to stick first time around. Had a second go, taped a bit of card over the top to really secure the patch down, removed a while later and it has worked well.
