1 or 2 person ice bath
Lay-Z-Spa ice baths are available in different sizes to suit your preferences: Glacial Dip Pod and Glacial Dip Tub. The pod is a standard one-person ice bath, while the larger ice bath tubs are spacious enough for two people. This offers an exceptional amount of space for one person to really submerge themselves comfortably during cold water therapy, or two people can share the space for a joint cold plunge.
Tritech® & Polar-Shield™ weather defence
Lay-Z-Spa ice baths have been designed to be really quick and easy to set up using a simple click-system with corrosion-resistant galvanised steel frame, for strength and stability and a highly durable Tritech® liner. Our Glacial Dip™ ice baths also include a Polar-Shield™ weather defence protection within the liner, to prevent it from freezing or cracking in extreme cold temperatures.
Protective cover & insulating lid
Just like our hot tubs, our ice baths include a protective cover and an inflatable thermal lid. The adjustable cover prevents rain and debris from getting into the water when the ice bath is not being used. The insulting inflatable lid creates a thermal barrier to lock in the cold and raises the top cover to stop water from pooling on top.
Ice bath filter pump
Lay-Z-Spa Glacial Dip™ ice baths include a substantial filter pump that will properly circulate and filter the ice bath water, maintaining the quality for much longer. Without a filter, ice bath water needs to be changed every 3-5 days.
Benefits of cold plunging:
Cold water therapy can be used to restore, rejuvenate and recharge. A cold water plunge is a wake-up call that will invigorate your senses and can help with muscle recovery. However, Lay-Z-Spa ice baths are exceptionally good when used with a Lay-Z-Spa hot tub for hot-to-cold contrast bathing.
