The Bestway UK Aftersales Service is a free support team who are here to help users of Bestway products. The team are fully-trained to provide you with advice on any products you would like to purchase, aswell as offer support for any problems that you might be experiencing. The Bestway opening hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5.00pm and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm (Saturdays only during the summer season only from May-August).

Yes, you can contact the Bestway UK Aftersales Team via email.

Please remember to include the following information in your email (not including all of the information may mean that it takes longer to resolve the issue):

4. Description of the problem
5. Proof of purchase - (we recommend sending us a copy of your receipt or email purchase confirmation, however if you have lost this, we will accept a screenshot of the purchase from your online bank statement)
6. Photographs of the problem (if applicable)
