Entry to the competition is open only to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

Promotion commences Thursday 28th April 2022 at 10am and closes midnight on 17^th May 2022 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received after the closing date will be ineligible for entry.

The Prize is non-transferable, is not exchangeable and has no cash or other alternative in whole or in part.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances Lay-Z-Spa reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.

To enter please complete the entry form on lay-z-spa.co.uk/win-a-trip-to-hollywood. Entrants are required to submit their first name, email address and complete a multiple choice question.

One entry per person.

Lay-Z-Spa (the "Promoter") its employees and their immediate families, participating agents and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.

Winner Selection & Notification:

All valid entries (entries who have answered the question correctly) received during the Promotion Period will be eligible and winner(s) will be randomly drawn and contacted within 14 days of the competition ending.

An initial winner will be selected by Lay-Z-Spa w/c 23^rd May 2022. Attempts will be made to notify the winner via email. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner prior to w/c 30^th May the prize is forfeited, and another winner will be selected. Another 24 hours will then be allowed to contact this subsequent winner, after which further winners will be selected until one claims their prize within their 24-hour contact period. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners name will be made available on request in writing to the address set out below.

Further T&Cs:

If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the promoter and which prevents us from complying with these terms and conditions the promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.

The competition winner is responsible for maintaining and sanitising the water of their Lay-Z-Spa. Necessary chemicals will be provided to get started, any chemicals required thereafter will be at the prize winners' discretion. Winners must adhere to the safety instructions in the Lay-Z-Spa manual. The Promoter accepts no liability for any personal injury or damage to property in connection to the prizes offered.
The winner is liable for the electricity and water costs required to run their Lay-Z-Spa. If required, they must seek permission of the bill payer.

The Promoter collects participants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the participant may not take part in the promotion. Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner’s details and photographs for promotional and media purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the participant.

The promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. 

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any media platform. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and no media corporation has any liability for any element of this Promotion.

The winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from the Promotion.

By entering this Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

The details in these Terms and Conditions are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change without notice. Any changes made will not place existing entries at a disadvantage. In this case, all entries will have the same chance of winning.

The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion shall be interpreted and applied on the basis of English Law and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
