Top cover seams have split

We are sorry to hear you have found one of the seams of your Lay-Z-Spa's top cover has a split.

Please contact our Customer Care team below including a photo showing the split seam. If you are within your warranty we can look into organising a replacement. If not, you can purchase a replacement here.

To avoid this problem in the future we recommend the following:

  • Avoid having the lid/ cover on and secured whilst the bubbles are on as this will cause build up in pressure.
  • Avoid over chemicalising the spa as this could weaken the material.
